Viewings
Approve, decline, message or reschedule visitors. Pending requests hold their time.
Weekly viewing availability
Visitors can request any available time in these hours. Each request waits for approval.
Existing appointments remain scheduled when availability changes.
Additional time / block time
Weekly hours are automatic. Add an extra viewing time, or block a period by leaving “Offer this time” unchecked. Viewings do not reserve the hall or gym.

$0 test bookings
Test all service forms without charging, sending email or reserving venue time. Codes expire in 12 hours and work only for the tester email. Saved tests are marked [TEST] and dismissed. Donations, event tickets and recurring monthly support are excluded.
Marriage coupon codes
Set the final marriage price, including any off-site fee. Codes apply only to marriage bookings. Set how many paid uses are allowed. Active checkouts reserve a use until paid or expired. Disabling stops new checkouts; existing payment links keep their quoted price.
Staff access
Choose a role and assign events or centers. Private calendar managers can create and edit private reservations at their permitted centers without financial access. Viewers have read-only access; event managers can edit assigned events and check in attendees. Both have no financial access. Permission changes require a new sign-in.
